SNF: Dolphins @ Chargers

The Chargers are coming into tonight’s game at almost full strength. Probably the healthiest roster the Chargers have had since week 1. Miami is coming off of a tough, very physical game against San Francisco last week. Back to back weeks the Dolphins are playing in California.

To start, the Miami Dolphins are a totally different team away from Hard Rock Stadium. Then take into account the physicality that the 9ers play with, the Dolphins are still banged up. The Chargers took a tough loss against the Raiders last week, but they’re coming into the matchup with their healthiest starting line up in maybe years.

The line for this matchup is interesting. At one point it dropped down to Miami +1. Chargers closing at +3.5 is huge line movement.

Miami has struggled on the road, 2-4 ATS this season. If the Dolphins want to win this game, they’re going to have to keep the ball secure. LA’s defense is very opportunistic. The Dolphins have a big play offense, which should provide LA a couple opportunities for a turnover. If LA can make the most of those opportunities, this will be an easy cover.

LA has scored over 20 points in 9 of their last 12 games. Miami’s defense away from Hard Rock is lacking. Watch for Herbert to sling the rock all over the field tonight. We’re going to have two of the best young quarterbacks in the game on display tonight. It should be a high scoring affair. When you can get over a field goal in a high scoring game, always hop on that.
